Legal Entity Time Zone

I would like to hear from anyone who used / using Legal Entity Time Zone in Oracle EBS R12. Don't know if this is the right place to post this question but sure if someone is using this feature I can find them here.

I want to know if they can share their experiance implementing this feature like how complex it is to implement, how it is working and the kind of issues encountered on day to day operations and importantly how the business users feel about this.

Our server is in US eastern time zone and  planning to rollout in China. We are planning to implement modules like OM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, AR, AP, Purchasing, GL etc.
