stale data after upgrade to 12.1.3

Hi,

We recently had an upgrade for EBS from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3. I migrated the OAF pages from 12.1.1 to the 12.1.3 enviroment. I am getting stale data in situation that is unexpected. Does anyone know if API for 12.1.3 could cause program for OAF pages written and worked fine in 12.1.1?
