Core Concurrent Processing - EBS (MOSC)

Issue related with　”Concurrent:Active Request Limit”

Hi

In R12.1.2 environment,after setting the site level profile "Concurrent:Active Request Limit" to 5 and a value of 100 at the user level.

The user are still limited to 5.

It was work normally before. the recently changes I know are applied some Oracle Payables and E-Business Tax patches.

Could you tell me how to troubleshooting it?

the version is as following

RDBMS : 11.2.0.1.0  &   Oracle Applications : 12.1.2

I found the similar issue is reported on the following note,but this note is for R11i.
