irec_party_api.resgister_user_application OR hr_applicant_api.create_applicant - Which to use for "A

Hi

i am searching for that API that i can you to simulate the " Apply For Vacancy " for the external candidate - and i want to ensure that after do such application on vacancy by the use of the API - the recruiter will be able to process the applicant data by the mean of start communication , issue offers to him.

I had try the use of the hr_applicant_api.create_applicant   but the problem that the applications which had done by such API the recruiter was not able to preform any process on such application , it give me error when i try to open the communication , offers , interviews tabs in the Application Details.
