Using Promotion Modifier in Advance Pricing for Purchasing Module

Need your expert opinion to achieve the below business scenarios.

Scenario A: Supplier “A001” has an offer for limited period. If we send the purchase order for item “AAA001” for quantity 100, we get 5 units of Item “AAA001” Free. If we order less than 100 supplier does not give us any free item. 

Scenario B: Supplier “B001” has an offer for limited period. If we send the purchase order for item “BBB001” for quantity 100, we get 5 units of item “AAA001” free. If we order less than 100 supplier does not give us any free item.

Is this can be achievable in Oracle Purchasing? We are on R12.13. Please advice.
