Upgrade database from 10.2.0.3(64 bit) to 11.2.0.4 (64 bit)

Hi,

currently my database version is 10.2.0.3. 64bit  and my application version is 11.5.10.2 (32 bit) , i want to move my database version on 11g (11.2.0.4) with same application version ,

please guide me what kind of patches i will need for database and also for application ,

Kindly help me on my this issue
