Forecast Length - Generated Forecast not consistent with forecast length

Hi,

We have forecast at item/store/day level. The Forecast Length is 91 days and Cycle is 1. When the Generate binary runs in batch, the forecast is generated for 91 days.

However, when we change the forecast length to say '10' for one of the local domains, system generates forecast only for 6 days.

Moreover, we figured that, for the other local domains where the forecast length is 91 days, the system generates forecast for only 89 days or sometimes 85 days in subsequent batch runs.

We have kept 'days to keep forecasts' = 2 (if that matters).

Any ideas, what is causing this issue. If we run multiple forecasts within the same day, can it affect the forecast length and make it inconsistent.
