Is it possible to implement Employee-Supervisor hierarchy for Requisitions and Position Hierarchy

We are on Oracle 11i and we are planning to implement iProc. We have Purchasing setup already and we use  position hierarchy for Purchase order approvals. Can we setup requisitions created by iProc to use Employee Supervisor hierarchy and leave POs to use position hierarchy. If its not possible in 11i is it possible in R12.. Please help if you know the information.
