Barzil Localization - No value populated in F76B705 for respective PO line

Recently we have upgraded from Xe to JDE 9.1 tools release 9.1.3

There are some transactions of service order in P4310 for which there is no record created in F76B705, Due to which R76B4310 returns blank output and user not able to make payment.

I believe there is some net change between Xe and JDE 9.1 but not sure about the exact changes.
