Resources and Resource Assignment

Hi,

I want to know for which functionalities in Oracle Projects is required to setup the Resources and Resource Assignment.

I have implemented Oracle Projects before and the only thing that we had to define was the Expenditure Types and then used the Expenditure Types to setup the Resource Lists.

- When do we need to define Resource and Resource Assignments?
