Getting Error while applaying Siebel Patchset 3 on Siebel Tools - V 8.1.1.14

Hi,

I have installed Siebel Tools 8.1.1.14 and am facing issue while applying the Siebel Patchset 3 (8.1.1.14_SIA_64Bits_Patchset3).

I had set the ORACLE_HOME path to Siebel Tool directory before launchog the opatch, the installation stops with the following error message.

\Siebel\8.1.1.14.0\Tools\OPatch>opatch apply \Siebel\8.1.1.14.0\Tools\Siebel_Tools
