H323 GK registration to SBC and dialing by IP

Hi guys, im testing the ACME for external registrations over H323 and proxying to an internal GK. It works but users can no longer dial regular IP address because it is stripped by the SBC, this is a problem when users lose this function. Is there anyway around it or do we have to go with a different solution?
