Generate New DB is failing on Siebel 8.1.1.14 (Patchset 3 is applied)

Hi,

We have upgraded the Siebel to 8.1.1.14 and the latest Patchset 3 is also applied but we are facing issue while Generating New DB on the server.

The below statement is not getting executed:

grant select,insert,update,delete on CX_ACNT_CLOSE to SSE_ROLE

Please find the log file attached with the request. Please let me know what has to be done in order to fix the issue.
