low cpu usage

hi

I have two servers oracle database 10gR2 with the same database , both run the same query, one uses 100 % cpu , but on the other uses only 10% and ending the process in much less time .

the machines are similar in hardware

first machine use: redhat 5.3

second machine use: sles11

the hard disk i/o is very low

the ram is equal in both machines (16G)

the sysctl.conf is equal

limits is equal
