IB report from rman_cat returns no rows

Hi,

ever since I upgraded rman catalog to 12c, my IB report selecting from it doesn't return any rows. I do join select from rman_cat.db and rman_cat.RC_RMAN_BACKUP_JOB_DETAILS to get daily status to my mailbox. That select works well in sqlplus/SQL Developer and I do have 'Run report using target privileges of the report owner' in IB ticked, still it seems it runs as a different user because report remains as 'no rows'. Any ideas why?
