How to override schedule invoice date

We are unable to revise the incorrectly assigned scheduled Invoice date. Cycle billing program R49700 has incorrectly assigned a future date as scheduled invoice date. This has prevented in generating the invoice and A/R entires for immedate requirement. for eg. desired IVD is 28th February 2015, updated IVD by cycle billing report is 31st March 2015, want to recise it as 28th Feb,but no direct way available/found. 

Requesting to provide the probable workaround/solution for the same.
