Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

We are having issues with Recons showing due this period when in fact they are inactive for the period and should not be reconciled yet.

What might be the reasons to show this accounts active ? Any help please.
