Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to see reservation details after Pick Release

We are on 11510 and below is one issue that we are seeing. Below are the steps

1. Create the Sales order, enter Item and Reserve it from Tools -->Scheduling --> Reserve

2. Book the Sales order and we are able to see the Reservation details including the Reserved Quantity

3. Pick Release the Sales order

4. Now, if we query the reservations, we are unable to see the Reserved Quantity.

This is happening for a particular Inventory Org, we compared the setups between the two orgs and all seem to be the same

Any pointers on why we are seeing this behavior in one particular org
