CRM Constants Cannot locate setup for email notification option

I'm working with the CRM and Sales Force Automation applications. There are several references to CRM Constants in regards to auto email notification. For example, when steps within the Sales Cycle process are updated, you have the option to send notifications to the sales team either via an external email address or to the internal employee work center. This setup is supposed to exist in the CRM constants setup on menu G90C03. I cannot locate.
