Create Unique Sequence Numbers in Siebel

Dear All,

We have a requirement where we need to create different fixed 10 digit unique numeric sequence for Contact, Account, Service Request and HLS Case entity.

The Customer requirement is to use this 10 digit number as Application reference and it should always be unique.

Can you please suggest the best approach for the same.
