users unable to login web client

Hi All,

We are facing strange problem from last couple of days. Login fails to web after almost 12 hours of service restart of ES. Once we restart services, users are able to login.

Looking at JAS log files, only message there is about 'User is not authenticated'. When check log files for security kernel, no errors there as well.

Any suggestion on this would be of great help.
