how to fix error 'Transaction type DEF' does not exist for the BU Led Group when select 'Claim Settl

User receives a message 'Transaction Type DEF does not exist for the BU led group (10200,349) when selecting the 'Claim Settlement' from Claims Management Workbench. Do we miss a set up somwhere?
