SFA Competitor records will not display in order to attach to an Opportunity

In the Sales Force Automation application you are able to attach Competitors to an Opportunity as long as the record exists in P90CA060 and P90CA061.

Please see the attached document.

I have created (2) competitor accounts with a search type of 'D'.

When attempting to complete a 'FIND' on W90CB020, no Competitor records display in order to select and associate with the Opportunity.
