Restrict Field Level Visibily for User

Hi Siebel/Oracle Experts,

Currently facing an requirement which is a challenge to me. If you could provide some expertise suggestion that would help to achive me with a possible good solution.

Below is the requirement:-

The high level requirement is to restrict field level visibility for users with different responsibilities.

Scenario

When User A with Responsibility A logs in, say there are 20 fields in a particular applet, he should be able to edit all the 20 fields

When User B with Responsibility B(does not have Responsibility A) logs in, say there are 20 fields in a particular applet, he should be able to edit only 10 of the 20 fields.
