ARM Question - Reopening of Rec's; Reasons a Rec can change from 'Closed' to 'Pending'

Hi Community,

What are the instances in which a Reconcilation can reopen in ARM (11.1.2.2)...? From our understanding this only occurs when there has been a change in Balance for the Reconcilation. We have had an occurance where 14 of our Bank Recs have moved from "Closed" to "Pending" and after scrutiny of the data loads we have confirmed there has been no change in Balance  (data loads or mapping) for these particular profiles.

Security was changed   (change of preparer) in between these data loads and they were recopied to the period, however our testing has revealed that this is not the cause of the reconcilations re-opening?
