Split deliveries one line not being placed in RA Interface lines

Hello community,

I have a problem with my ra interface lines.  i have some deliveries not  getting place on Ra interface lines for invoicing.  this is occurring when the ordering unit of measure is large than the primary unit of measure and lines are split by the system.  I am still on 11i  order management.  the lines seem to split at launch pick release splitting the move order allocation line to have to delivery detail ids but same delivery id.
