OWC Sites to content migration

We have an OWCS instance where the web content and documents are being managed together.

The OWCS lack document management features compared to OWC Content. Is there a out of the box tool available in OWC-S or OWC-C to migrate all version of documents and metadata from OWCS to OWCC?

Or Is there a proven products/tools available for this purpose?
