Need step by step process and patches list to apply ORACLE APPLICATIONS RELEASE 12.1: CPU PATCH FOR JAN 2015.

Kindly provide the clear steps and pre-req patches list to apply CPU PATCH FOR JAN 2015.

Lot of customer are getting below errors on

1. codelevel  issue for all module
