Missing AE records in F0911

I have one issue that some records are missing from F0911. One example is AE records. The chronology is as follows:

PV is created from AP module, then batch is posted.

From the submitted job, it shows that the batch is successfully posted and it also updated F0902 amount. But after sometime, we realized that the AE record is nowhere to be found in F0911. (do not know when exactly the records are missing)

Does anyone has a similar situation? I also would like to know how does posting work:

Is there any dependency among: creating AE records in F0911 and update F0902 and creation of posting report? or these activities stand alone and has no dependency one another?
