How to define alternate resource in operations, so that i will get MRP planning workbench suggestion

Defined RM1, FG1 and Resources R1 and R2.

BoM created for FG1 with component RM1

Routing created for FG1 with Operation ASM (With R1 Resource).

Please advise with setups how to define alternate resource R2 for R1, so that i will MRP planning suggestions for alternate resource if R1 is fully utilized.
