Hello ! Open UI IP2014 Drilldown not avaiable for some user in a list applet

Hi ,

We are on Siebel 8.1.1.14.1 , for a list applet few users don't see the drilldown link for Id in the list applet and eventually cannot even drilldown.

I have tried clearing the cache and relogin but it doesn't help , this issue is noticable in all browsers namely chrome , firefox and IE 11 for Open UI enable OM .

Please provide some inputs.
