How to prevent quotations from showing up in search window of iProcurement catalogs ?

Hello,

We copy quotations into Blanket Purchase Agreements.

When searched in iProcurement, both the quotations and blanket purchase agreements show up.

Sometimes requestors are referring to quotation, instead of blanket purchase agreement, how can we overcome this.

How can we avoid quotations not to show up in iProcurement search results ?
