unable to see users/groups in assign access control

Hi,

We provisioned groups to the application with filter access and server access, also refreshed security from EAS, using MAXL. But when we tried to apply filters using assign access control we are not able to view any of the groups.

Could any one help on this. Since, it is production issue appreciate a quick response.
