Purchase requisition returned by buyer automatically creates PO on reapproval

Hi ,

We have an issue where a requisition is raised with a suggested vendor and site and a contract in place for the vendor.  We allow autocreation but it does not automatically create the PO as the vast majority of users are not able to put the buyer information in and our client is happy with this.  However, if the requisition is returned by the buyer, the suggested buyer id then appears to be populated on the requisition lines meaning that it can then subsequently create the PO directly without going back via the buyer.  I've seen there is an enhancement
