Orders stuck in error correction form with Process Order failed with Unexpected errors.

When tried to import 2 CTO models the lines are getting stuck in error correction from (interface tables) reporting the below error stating Process Order failed with Unexpected errors.This error is not seen when tried to import with single CTO model and gets imported successfully.

Previously it reported few errors or customer PO and ship method ,we resolved that issue but now it gives the below error which is generic with which we are not able to find the exact reason for failure. One more observation is "Exception: while retrieving the item name" is found in the standard order import log. We have assigned the items to the corresponding warehouse as well.
