Upload multilingual reports in BI Publisher11g using Siebel CRM 8.1.1.11.10

Hi,

We have CRM system 8.1.1.11 (PatchSet10) integrating with BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.1

Now we have installed and configured BI Publisher 11g (11.1.1.7.150120) on a new server and integrated it with the test CRM system.

We were successful in uploading and generating reports (only English lang). When we tried to upload the multilingual reports by selecting .RTF and .ZIP, upload was successful but it did not create multiple xlf files under

\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\bifoundation_domain\config\bipublisher\repository\Reports\SiebelCRMReports\Audit Report-Technical_Summary - Auto_TS.xdo

It only has TECHSUMMAUTO.rtf and TECHSUMMAUTO_en_US.xlf

When generating reports in non-English languge, it still generates in English as the correspoding language xlf is not present under the report folder.
