SARM dosen't track cpu utilization

Hi.

There is similar issue "SARM Does Not Track Memory Usage On Linux (Doc ID 1614858.1)"

We are using Siebel CRM 8.1.1.11 on RedHat 6.5. Server is VMware ESXi VM.

In any collected sarm file (on any siebel component), attributes cputime and proccpu all set to 0.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
