Cannot Find Payments from a Bank Account in Different OU

Hello There,

I'm unable to see the Payments that have been paid from a bank account in another OU. I've checked the appropriate Profile Options and all seems in order to allow me to access that OU.

I even checked Grants to that OU and access has been granted.

The payments have occured after the statement date.

What am I missing and what should I check?
