What options should we use to merge all the pre-install patches listed by the article :

R12.1 and 12.2 Oracle E-Business Suite Preinstall Patches Report [Video] (Doc ID 1448102.2) with the CUP patch: 18007406. Can we also merge these per-install patches as well:

19587162:R12.JTA.C

19985726:R12.TXK.C
