How to upgrade Hrglobal after applied HRMS Rup patches for payroll customer whose country not listed

Hi,

We are a payroll customer for country of Qatar.

We are  applying R12.1 HRMS RUP7 (R12.HR_PF.B.delta.7)  Patch 18004477, in the post patching steps, it asked us to upgrade hrglobal.

I checked the Oracle Note:


Latest Oracle HRMS Legislative Data Patch Available (HR Global / hrglobal) (Doc ID 145837.1)


From the above note, in the following session, our country was not listed, is that mean that we can skip the post patching step to upgrade hrglobal?
