OAB- Supplemental Life plan setup Question
How to setup supplemental life plan . Employee can contribute anywhere from 20k to 500k. Increments of 10k. Any increment done after new hire will require certification.
New hire do not require certification until 150k. However if they choose above 150k, the plan should ask for certification, give them interim cvg of 150k and suspend the amount of cvg above 150k until certification required.
My setup is working fine for my part1 no issues. But I am having issues implementing second part related to new hire. I am not able to give interim covergae of 150k if new hire elects above 150k of coverage.
