you cannot see the red errors when to go to general Journal review to correct your errors

Payroll Batch Type 7 Post -  Errors not showing when the user goes into batch 7 to view the red error inorder to rectify them. this is not happening in 9.10. However we had this in 8.12. Is there any setup we are missing?
