Administer Scheduled Reports for User with only BIConsumer role

We are using OBIEE 11.1.1.7.140415 on linux 64 bit (not part of EBS).
Our end users are setup with only the BIConsumer role and as a result they do not see a "Report Jobs" and "Report Job History" links on the OBIEE Home Page.
In this situation, they can still schedule individual reports by right clicking on the BIP report and selecting Schedule.
The issue is that if they make a mistake or want to change parameters, I couldn't find a way for the user to make changes to the schedule itself.
How would a user make change to their own scheduled reports (like add another destination or change parameter etc.)?
