IS it possible to Automatically cal a CI from CRM CASE ?

We have Peoplesot Helpdesk for HR and peoplesoft HR. I am looking is it possible to call a CI from CRM case so that some data can be updated at HR side and close the case with out the agent having to open the page manually and save it?
