RLM Intransit days not getting honored

I've RLM Schedules process with same request date as schedule ship date in sales order lines.

Setup in Processing Rule:( Item level)

Intransit day: 3 days

Exclude non working days : yes

Calculation basis: Shipped Line

Schedule ship date, arrival date, promise date,request date . All of these dates are the same as start date mentioned in the RLM schedule for the firm demand lines. I checked with order date type change to ' Deliver/ Arrival/ Blank' ..none of this works.

Does anyone has any idea ?
