Finding School District Code with Vertex 4.0

Hi,

We just installed Vertex 4.0. The new functionality is expected to find School District Codes for PA using the P05005.

I have used several examples and my P05005 is returning zeros for each search. Is this working and if yes, is there anything that needs to be done to turn this on?
