Is it possible to configure dynamic picklist in RPAS 13.3.1 and later version

Hi all,

We have a requirement where a picklist needs to be populated with values selected in another picklist by the business user.

Req Description

User selects Buy period  from 1Wk Mar 2015(Start Week is a picklist) to 1Wk Aug 2015 (End Week is a picklist), then the floorset start week and end end week (Both are picklists) needs to be restricted  based on the Buy Period Start week and End week selected by the user. It is showing the the picklist options of Buy period which is incorrect.

We used the UpperBound and LowerBound Measure property for restriction but are not able to restrict the floor set start week and end week picklists based on selections made in Buy Period picklists.
