How to change accrual plan name on View Leave Accrual Summary page in SSHR only ?

Hello,

The annual leave accrual plan name is defined in such a way that it is difficult for end users to understand. I cannot change the accrual plan name as it is already assigned to 24000 employees and is being used in many formulas and reports. So without changing the name of accrual plan, I would like to change it on View Accrual Summary page in SSHR, Has anyone come across such requirement? Appreciate if anyone can help.
