Demantra Upgrade from 7.3 to 12.24

Hi All,

Need  help to get some information on Demantra upgrade from 7.3 to 12.2.4...

After upgrading to 12.2.4, do we need to perform all set-ups again ?

What are the pre-requisite to go on Demantra 12.2.4 ?

Please advise...Also if you can let me know some Oracle Note or provide any document related to  Demantra upgrade 7.3 to 12.2.4 then it will be great help.
