Planned order not loading on bottleneck resources

Hi,

I am facing a strange plan behavior. Plan is ECC constrained plan.

The first planned order if i check the resource requirement (workbench) i find that it is not loaded on the bottleneck resource but is loaded on the lot based resource in a constrained plan. After that all subsequent planned orders are loaded on both the bottleneck and lot based resource and working correctly. When i see in the backend I see that the record exists with the same start and end date, so no time gap. May be thats why it is ignored in the workbench.

The routing is having the first step with two resources, one bottleneck resource and another lot based resource. Only the first new planned order (generally which is on the plan run date) is missing the bottleneck resource and subsequently this is not a problem. The lot based resource is always loaded and is not a problem.
